Introducing you to a new leader - Euroz Hartleys

WA’s two most successful broking firms are proud to announce the combination of 85 years of investment wisdom.

The merger of Euroz Hartleys Securities Limited and Hartleys Limited brings together the two most iconic and successful stockbroking, corporate finance and wealth management businesses in Western Australia.

Hartleys, founded in 1955, is a leading Western Australian-based stockbroking, corporate finance, institutional dealing and wealth management firm with Funds Under Management (FUM) exceeding $1 billion.

Euroz was established in 2000 and quickly established itself as a dominant force in institutional dealing, research and corporate finance for the last twenty years.  Euroz has grown this team organically and via acquisition with the intention of broadening our wealth management offering.  The acquisition of Blackswan Equities in 2014 and Entrust Wealth Management in 2015 provided significant platforms for growth in wealth management.

Euroz Executive Chairman, Andrew McKenzie, commented: “Hartleys has an excellent reputation as a leading stockbroking, corporate finance, institutional and wealth management business. Combining our firms will create a dominant Western Australian based financial services company.  Euroz and Hartleys are highly complementary to one-another and our merger will create a financial services company with a strong balance sheet, critical scale, solid and sustainable revenue with significant cost and operational synergies.  The merger of the two businesses will deliver a positive outcome for clients and shareholders alike”.

Hartleys Executive Chairman, Ian Parker, said: “The merger of Euroz and Hartleys provides an opportunity to build on our strong history of providing exceptional service to our clients. The combination of the two firms offers the chance for our entire team to expand our service offering to clients and we are confident in our ability to successfully integrate both businesses and leverage the cultures of both to create a significant stockbroking and wealth management business with a bright and prosperous future.”
